Well made, heavy duty. Nice design.

We've lived in our house 30 years without any handrail to assist in getting up the 2 steps to the porch. We never needed it but recently noticed some friends of ours did. So we found this and it is perfect! Sturdy, pretty and a great price too.

Worked great for three steps out the back door.

We put up this railing for safety, but I really am pleased with the appearance. Since we installed it on a deck, we had to provide our own bolts. We already had some nice big fat ones which worked perfectly. This is not lightweight, but we had some help, and it went up in less than an hour.

Perfectly described by seller. Arrived super quick and was easy to install. Looks nice in our home.

We put this handrail on the stairs to our garage and it was very sturdy and easy to install.

Great item, easily installed. However, packaging was very poor, just some brown paper crunched in a large box and the handrail was loose with the other parts, luckily no damage!!

It has been winter and handrails are not installed. The handrails are assembled and ready to mount on the steps. Seems to be a good product. I can understand why assembly brackets were not installed or put together at the factory, very labor intensive to put together and align the 4 holes in the bracket to the pattern for installing the screws. Had to drill out holes to allow alignment. Customer service and e-mails back and forth left a lot to be desired and a language problem. Very little instructions and many e-mails involved question as to what size of bit to use to drill holes in the concrete. Their reply - send pictures, on about the 4th try, I received information the bit size would be a 12mm. I do not plan to use the expansion bolt assembles that were sent for fear of cracking out the concrete. I will use epoxy. Customer service needs some work.
