It was easy to assemble. The biggest problem I have is that the back is not adjustable. It is also badly shaped and I couldn't sit in it for long enough to have a shower. I'm not sure what your refund policy is but I will have to get in contact.

Very sturdy and useful

This is for my 91 yr old mom. It was easy to assemble. Height can be adjusted. Comfortable and sturdy. It is not too heavy to move around, but stable. It meets our requirements and was recommended to us by her physiotherapist.

We bought this chair as a short term (one month) use for my husband after a surgery. Putting the chair together was fairly simple, but is required. My husband is 310 and 6’3 and the chair was comfortable, great stability (suction bottoms), and held up to his weight without an issue. The chair is not too heavy and can be moved in and out of the shower as needed. I will mention, the suctions on the bottom, really do their job and it can be difficult to switch around due to this. Also, if you have a standard size shower/bath unit, it’s a tight fit for the chair, but it does work. We never used the included net, but it does appear to be in good quality. We used this for around a month and the product was just as good as the first time use. If you’re like me and looking for a sturdy chair for someone on the heavier and taller side, this will meet those expectations.

Excellent quality

It is very comfortable however it does seem to attract some mould over time underneath the blue area which needs to be cleaned regularly

I use it without the BET back section of the chair I had it on it before was hard to wash wash my back so I took it off I like the chair
