Overall I like the vise, seems to be working fine I checked the surface run out and it was acceptable as was the face run out.My only complaint if you will, I would've liked the holddown lugs to be fore and aft rather than on the sides of the vise which made it difficult to mount on my machine whose T slots run along the y-axis instead of the x-axis.

For the money this is an adequate vise for my small milling machine. It came with indexing keys that can be machined to fit the slots in your mill table. The jaws are ground but don’t have a step as I would prefer. I will mill a step on each side. It a big chuck of cast iron and ships in a sturdy cardboard box. No issues.

I bought this vise to use on my HFMini mill. Fits well and is easy to setup. Accuracy on the base seems to be excellent, returns to zero with out much indicating. Haven’t found any workpieces that do not hold solidly.

Item as described, arrive sooner than expected.

It is a bit big for my Taig mill so I made some different mounts. Jaws were misaligned probably during shipping but easy to adjust, now they fit together well. Handle is crudely cast and awkward to use. Great value.

No problems at all, it does what’s supposed to do. I don’t know if they sale a model w out a swiveling base that may cost less; I can’t think of a reason why i would ever need a swiveling base and it shortens the stroke length of the mill. I don’t mean to go off on the base, it’s two bolts to take it off and I’m happy.
