I appreciate VEVOR products and their ability to offer products at a fraction of the price of top brands. That said, it comes at a price. On this item, I noticed that several of the parts had a small doink in the powder that caused a few rusty spots. For this reason, I suggest adding a coat of car wax or other similar coating to this rack to keep the water off of the iron used for the rack. When doing the assembly, take your time and make every effort to understand the instructions to ensure the right fastener is in the right place. when it comes to fasteners that will be under a great deal of stress, consider replacing the fastener with a stainless steel part from your local hardware store. With a little preventative maintenance, this rack will last for years.

The rack was delivered sooner than expected. Everything was individually wrapped with clear and concise instructions that installation easy.

Strong enough to hold both of our e-bikes.

It is nice but does wobble a bit when bikes are on it. Just hope will be safe on a long trip.

Unfortunately, this does not come with instructions. Thankfully, I know how to look at a picture to put something together. It is, however, easy to put together and holds up well. I'm very glad it came with a plate to make it quiet when going down the road. Would definitely buy again.

Fits both my differences sized bikes and comes with straps for extra safety holding your bikes securely. The only negative is the installation it takes about a hour to put together.

This was a great bicycle rack. It lets me put on two bikes without lifting them very high off the ground. Assembly was easy and had the exact amount of parts for the perfect fit. I purchased a locking pin later so it can't be pulled off and stolen

Good quality. Easy to asemble. Easy to mount. Pins need more taper foe easier insertion. Knobs are somewhat sharp, making tightning Uncomfortable. Rounding the edges would be an improvement. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rack.

I would have given this 5 stars except I had to do some adapting to actually make it fit my receiver hitch. Lucky for me I have tools to do that. Would be great if this actually fit a standard receiver hitch. May have to do some welding in the future. Otherwise rides solid and fits my bike.
