Bought a couple of months, pretty good and a good price, does the job pretty well. Used it for a 2 x Ebikes and 2 kids bike, not much flex considering the weight, (approx 65ishkgs)

Have used it for a whole season on many trips. Worked great on short and long drives with Cybertrack 100 ebikes. Having the tilt option on trips is especially nice when needing to get into the back of an SUV to get to luggage. Cant beat it for the money.

Assembly instructions are lacking. Still haven't used the unit because the holes don't line up to install one of the pin.

Good rack, it holds bikes securely. It could be improved by having a built-in way to hold the arms in place when folded up. Excellent customer service.

As I have aged I was struggling to lift my old bike rack. This weighs less than half my old rack but does the job well. It’s way cheaper than anything else I saw.

This is a solid rack and holds two regular bikes perfectly. The rack is held into the hitch with a bolt and then a nylon bolt. It's helpful to have an electric drill with a socket adapter just to make the install quicker. The bolt helps to stabilize the rack, so I wouldn't try using a lock pin. I would not use this for an ebike.

L’assemblage prend un certain temp et le manuel d’assemblage peu semblé flou, les trous pour les attaches rapide sont plutôt serrés mais ceci réduit le balancement du porte vélo. Les sangles sont rudimentaires mais simple à utiliser. Les crochets qui tiennent les vélos manque de protection pour protéger le cadre des vélos. Je conduis toujours plus doucement avec le support pour réduire le stress sur le porte vélo. Bref c’est pas le meilleur porte vélo mais il est solide et se vend à une fraction du prix. Je mets deux vélo de 60 lbs.

It was easy to assemble and a great design, easy to access my back hatch on my SUV solid item I’m very pleased with this bike carrier. and a great price compared to others and I did my research. I would highly recommend this bike carrier

Bike rack is sturdy and does well... Instructions are tricky

Assembled bike rack, was pretty easy. Have not used it yet, but looks like it will work good
