This tomato slicer works amazing. I work in a school cafeteria and this has made my life so much easier. It literally takes me 5 minutes to cut up 25 tomatoes. No more worries about cutting tomatoes. Huge time saver. I do wish I could get a replacement blades so have them just in case.

What good is a slicer that can't cut onions alongside Tomatoes?Well guess what... Fresh Tomatoes, pushed and squished Tomatoes before it finally allowed them to pass through and cut them. Did 3 Tomatoes and all 3 were a pain in the BUTT to slice. This slicer is more worthless that the cheap aluminum it was made from. Will be sending back asap.

Bought this for a chef friend so he could make a dinner for 100. He said it worked great and made slicing tomatoes so easy and fast

I use the tomato slicer in my sandwich shop and it performs well. You need to occasionally tighten the screws, but a great alternative to the $200 and $300 models.

When I was a teen I worked at McDonald's. It was back in the McDLT days when we had to slice tomatoes and had a slicer like this. This slicer is jusy like that. It is efficient and easy to use.Note the width is a bit thin. I like the tomatoes that way but if you don't want pretty thin get the next bigger width.You will want a $5 tomato corer to use with this to cut out the top green part.
