Everything I have purchased from Vevor has been awesome. I owen a restaurant and thought I'd try some things to see what kind of quality I am dealing with. This is great stuff at a great price! My prep person is happy too!

Good to use in a commercial setting, can go through a box of tomatoes in just a few minutes. Put a sheet pan under it, because it can make a mess doing that many.

Wil be drying tomatoes slicing for preserving then jarring for when needed in cooking.. Haven't used yet but I know it will make the slicing more productive.

I'm a professional chef. I bought this because some of the people that I work with can't make a slice of tomato that is even. One side is like an inch thick in the other side of paper thin. So I bought this product a year-and-a-half ago that way even a moron can slice a tomato perfectly. I've had it for a year and a half now using it on two cases of tomatoes every day the last year-and-a-half and it is held up beautifully. Definitely worth the money. Just keep it clean and maybe once in awhile you some pan spray on the slide to oil it up and keep it sliding smoothly. I do need a replacement blade because after a year-and-a-half of using it everyday it has gone dull. Where can I buy a replacement blade assembly
