I like the size. I weigh the 80/20 ground beef to 8oz. Flaten it. Put it in the press and then use 18 oz. buns. The perfect 1/2 Lb. Burger. Well built patty press. Great purchase!

This press is incredible for the price. I had one that was $100 more and this one is better built and easier to use. Cleans up is quick. I highly recommend this if you’re in the market for a burger press.
