I love this
I use this for tumbling my silver jewelry after fabricating. It's much easier than working by hand.

Great tumbler!
I really love this tumbler!I had to replace the shot since with a higher quality but the tumbler itself is fantastic especially for the price. I have no issues with leaks and I run it daily for long periods of time. I highly suggest this tumbler.Nicole R

Perfect small tumbler
If you have ever struggled through a screw or pressure top or combo tumbler this is a dreamboat. Absolutely amazing. No instructions but very simple to figure out ( there are only a few functions) would buy over and over forever. Runs fast

Belt breaks - buy extra, separately on Amazon. Great for polishing jewelry. Fabulous job.
I love this tumbler! I use it with Shine Brite detergent and get fantastic results. I have had the machine for about 9 months and the first time I used it I noticed the pressure of the closure against the acrylic top created a little crack in it. No problem yet, because it doesn't leak. Now, the belt has broken, and looking at it, it is apparent that it is glued together in a few places. It is unique to this machine. I bought a vacuum cleaner belt and had to cut it back a bit to fit properly but it works. I have since been told by the seller that they DO NOT sell the belts, but I can find them on Amazon. I just ordered 5 (about $17 for all) vs the $10 vacuum belt. About 2 months ago there was a rattle inside the machine so we took it apart, and used electrical tape to adhere the motor back into place. I think it is cheaply manufactured, but great for the price. As long as I can keep patching it together.

Great quality WITH leaking bowl
I was really happy with the build quality right out of the box. Loaded up my first load to find that the bowl leaks, not at the lid end but instead at the other end. Still seems to be a great tumbler. Wish I didn’t have to seal this on my own

Limited amount of time is one hour.
It has a limited amount of time that it stays on, one hour before the time ends and the time has to be set again. It rotates in two directions, pausing every few minutes to reverse back and forth. Or it can be set in a single direction. The two direction mode is recommended, but after a few months it stopped reversing, so I had to keep it continuously on the single direction mode.

It easy to use
My purpose for this purchase is quite different from its intended use.

So so. Use a fan to keep it cool or else it will probably fail very quickly. Otherwise a good mill.
Update: yeah those two hard plastic bands broke within 8 hours each. I think the cold might be the culprit since I milled for days on the first one. I recommend this silicone band / o-rings size as replacement. It's working just fine:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FMWPAG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_SH9YNVM4NERBKT57VZ0B?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1Old post: The mill feels heavy and it is not because of added weight. However inside is a little scary. The controls are all plastic inside. I think most of the wires are low voltage coming from the transformer. There was a rattle and I had to open it to see what it was. The transformer was lose with only one screw holding it in place. I removed the good screw to be able to remove the one that wasn't engaging. The screw head is the size of the transformer hole, and the transformer screw tab is bent to fit the mount location. But OK. I filled it half way with stainless bolts and tossed in two beer bottles. I actually hammered the bottle into the container.. it really is polycarbonate which is great. Added a little bit of water and after 8 hours of milling I ended up with some powder. After doing so for 1 hour I realized that this thing could burn down the house because it got really hot. That's when I opened it. Then I ran it for 1 more hour but with no bottom lid, tilted on one side and with a little fan blowing air into the bottom. I ran it for three days straight and the motor was nice and cool.. almost warm. The rods seem to be pretty strong and no complaints. The tumbler container is excellent I'm construction but a bit on the small side for milling. But it did a great job. It's easy to open, but not easy to clean or empty in a clean way. The transparent finish was completely made into a matte translucent one. But it's easy to open and check the insides. I had to run it on the first speed. The higher speeds are way too fast so the balls would just stick to the wall and spin. The motor is plenty strong to rotate the tumbler with

Excellent tumbler
I absolutely love this tumbler. I wore out my last one after several years. So glad I found this one at such a great price!
