Easy to install. The bolts that hold the rail were a bit smaller than what was required, so had to replace the. The base needed to be a bit bigger to ensure stability. But dud the job

Other than taking 3 weeks to deliver the product is spot on the. It arrived in good order not damaged All parts were supplied even down to the required drill bit. The fitting of the handle rail was completed in 20 minutes I will be happy to let my friends and family know of Vevor products

Good material. The problem is that I tried to order all devices for assembling, but, on VEVOR site, I didn't find for 3/16 inch wire diameter, the offer is only for 1/8 inch. Can you help me? CAN YOU OFFER SAME MATERIAL FOR 5....6 STEPS OR MORE?

Great handrail just needs better fasteners.

Installed fast and easy but fasteners didn't hold well enough to support regular use. Replaced fasteners and handrail looks great and works as it should.

Elements of this product are fine, but the details have not been fully thought through. In the pictures the detail missing is more clear, but essentially a finishing cap to cover the open rail connection should be designed to raise the finish standard of the product.

Sturdy and strong handrails

I received my package on time fast delivery. But l was very disappointed with my order l order an Chrome Stainless Steel handrails that was supposed to been shiny according to the picture but what I received was a dull matted Stainless Steel handrails with greasy fingers print all over the hand rails and wasn't able clean off. In Desperate need of the handrails I put them up dissatisfied but it will do the job my parents really needed the handrails. l wasn't able to use the hardware that came with rails l found it to be difficult l Went to Lowe's and a sales rep found screws that will fit the holes and it work out very well. Very sturdy and strong.

Although I was able to get answers to my questions regarding assembly from VEVOR's technical team, that could've been avoided with a better set of installation instructions. Ultimately the finished product met the needs of an elderly lady they were installed for. See attached photo.
