This is a well made product, everything needed to start use when hooked up to water and drain supply. makes cleaning your pet easier then in the shower.

I was excited to finally get a dog wash station but was extremely disappointed with this Vevor 38" bathing tub and customer service. The description claims "seamless welding" however the welding on this tub is not done well at all. There are sharp edges and seams as well as parts that aren't even attached/welded in place. It would be dangerous to wash my dogs in this. After reaching out to customer service they agreed after seeing the images I sent that it needed to be fixed, however they wouldn't take it back or offer me a replacement. They said they would give a partial refund or I could find a repair person in my area and send Vevor the invoice. I took the partial refund hoping that I could find someone locally to fix the welding but I have not been able to find anyone who specializes in Stainless Steel welding. So frustrated to have thrown away hundreds of dollars and still cannot use this worthless tub, months later.

We bought the 38" tub with a right door. Good things: Like the sprayer and it's smaller which is good for us because we don't do big dogs anymore, takes up less room, easy to keep clean, easy to put together. Bad things: It is sturdy too a point, it makes a lot of noise because the door doesn't stay shut, we had to put an bolt underneath to catch it so it stop opening during a bath. The rack is hard to get in and out and when you have the rack in it's so high the dogs want to jump out, you can't put the rack all the way on the bottom which is a really bad design. The steps are worth less, even when they are all the way out the top step is so small and so close to the tub that the dogs are afraid to step on it. It does shake when there's a larger dog in it and scares the dog. There's no bolts to noose a dog in so we had to put our own in and where they have the shelf (we don't use it) is in a bad spot. We hired a new groomer and gave them our old tub which was bigger and very sturdy, so we got this one for us. We would not buy it again. If this is an extra tub not bad but if this is your main tub spend more money and get a good one.

I don’t like the steps too small for my large dogs the hookup was very simple and quick my dogs get in with ease my only complaint is a large ramp would be better for larger dogs when they get out because they will be able to see how to walk out both my dogs jumped out and landed on their face The quality of the bath is amazing and very easy to clean. It fit perfectly in my basement next to the washer. I love it and would recommend it just needs a ramp or option to purchase for larger dogs

The tub itself is good and easy to assemble. That being said, they need to have options without the faucet, connections and shower head. First, the hoses were too short and wrong size for the valves. 2 trips to the hardware store and $45 later.... The faucet is heavy, appears to be good quality, however you can't replace it because it's an old style with 6\" center to center valves, standard valve sizes now are 4\" center to center, so the faucet is what it is and hope it never needs to be replaced... The shower head is very basic, not adjustable for sprays and not really ergonomic to hold, I'll also be replacing it... My suggestion to the vendor is knock $100 buck off, don't include the extra hardware and the holes in the tub need to be made for 4\" inch faucet

I replaced my basement utility sink with this so I could bathe my dog and also still have a utility sink. The entire unit feels of high quality and very sturdy. The spray wand and faucet are both metal and feel solid. I really like the backsplash panel which keeps water in the tub while spraying and the removable perforated metal plate gives my dog a stable secure footing. I added a shower diverter T-valve so I could also still have a regular faucet for filling water bottles etc. I had to raise it up on blocks for proper drainage in my basement so I can’t use the included steps. I also strapped the tub to the wall to be secure. The only issue is as mentioned by others is that the trap/ drain assembly is junk and was thrown away. I bought another for around $20 along with some basic parts at the hardware store.

Love having this at home. Makes bath time so much easier! No leaning over the bathtub anymore. Great buy.

It works great even for 90# Labradors. I would have gone larger, but this 38\" was all I could squeeze into my space for one. I was a little concerned that it would not work great for my two labs and that, once assembled, it might be too small. I was wrong. Perfect for them. Well made. There are a few things to consider, but they did not affect my rating. The door is not watertight! So, soaking dogs is not an option. Steps - a ramp would be better. Only because I have it in my garage, and when my labs get out, they get a little timid with the steps as they are small for them. So they JUMP out, and the epoxied garage floors are slippery. I just made a wooden ramp for them to walk down.

Didn't like the dish where they want you to put it. I just didn't install it but the rest of it is super!
