I don't understand the complaints and review bombing of the product. Please do your research and look at the FAQ people have answered, all you need is contact your local SEG(silicon edge graphics) printing company and ask for a 3mm silicon insert. I found one in Houston "PrinterActive.us" and they did an amazing job as seen in the photo. My shop has never looked better with this Lightbox!
