Arrived damaged. Front doors to cage were so bent they have to be zip tied to stay shut evenly and safely. I tried getting ahold of customer service and they recommended taking the panels to a local repair as they could not send new panels due to “exceeding weight limit.”
They then offered to send a refund due to the damage. Never received it. I contacted them as the refund did not show up in my refund tab, nor still had not shown up they apologized and offered a higher refund. I still had not received that one either. Beyond upset with this company as the cage is very good strong material I was so excited to receive it, and it has only been a pain since arrival.
