The ad states that it is 500 ft but actually it's 150 meters which equals to 492 feet NOT 500ft.I purchased 25 spools, so I was shorted by 197 feet.

I used the cable for deck railing.

Cable does not come on a roll as pictured, but there is 200 feet there, and it is quality cable.

Unless you have real good wire cutters, I found a grinder with a cut wheel as the best way to cut this cable. The cable is much shinier than other cable I looked at, and works really well for cable railings.

Make sure you don't skimp on good cutters for it, you will need them.

I am always nervous when ordering from a company i dont know but as time goes on this item will show of there are any defects. The incredible price for the cable with all the correct designations made it an easy purchase, thankyou. The cable was easy to work with, came off the roll with no intanglement. When i made my cuts (several) the cable never unwinded. Seems to be a very good product. Like anything else tome will tell.

This product worked perfectly for our deck. We wanted to see the lake view and any other railing configuration would have partially blocked that view. By using this product and other hardware we saved a huge amount of money by DIY! Highly recommend, will buy again for the next railing project !
