Cable is of quality. I used it to hang a 4x8' awning over the door of my 12' x 12' shed. Also fixed tailgate hangers on an F250 Pickup Truck.

I was impressed with the quality. Extremely hard to cut with cable cutters. I found the best way to cut it was with a thin 4” grinding wheel.

Nice stainless steel cable - not sure it is T316 though

This is a nice roll of stainless steel cable. However T316 Stainless is considered non magnetic. This has a fairly strong magnetic pull using a small neodymium magnet. So I'm not sure it is T316. It comes on a nice wooden spool just like in the product image and feels tightly woven. At 1320 lbs working strength it should be plenty strong for cable railing.

I have used some of this for fencing projects as well as hanging some lights, so I hope the length is correct. It is smaller than I expected, even at 1/8 measurement. It is strong and tightens up nicely. Do have to be careful cutting it and it is full steel, so you aren't making it do what you want without some modicum of force. Overall, I am pleased but I just wonder about the length claims.

Very satisfied with this purchase! The solid wooden spool was a plus & unexpected. It’s a sturdy 7x19 strand wire rope. Looks like stainless steel. Only time will tell if it holds up like stainless steel; hence, the 4 stars. Otherwise definitely 5 stars. It’s 100 feet & only cost a few dollars more than a 50 foot roll would have.
