We love it after using several years!

Love it, decent quality and was bigger than we expected but that was a good surprise

Overall size is good and easy to use, it is not heavy. I washed the pod and noticed black material coming out of it. I’m not sure what it is, but I didn’t feel safe cooking in it. I tried washing it multiple times, but I wasn’t able to get rid of that black substance.

Seems great so far. It is huge. Sent from a single level steam to this and it doesn’t disappoint. Used a couple times so far and cleaned in dishwasher with no issues. Typically we are just using the bottom layer right now which has two stacks. I like it.

My wife loves this for making bao and dumplings (pot stickers.)

Been looking for the right sized steamer and this is it. I can reheat left overs and it doesn't take long. I use a medium flame. I'm impressed by its size. For Thanksgiving dinner, I don't buy a whole turkey, just the parts - legs, wings, and thighs. and they can be big. I think I'll be able to fill the base with a sizable amount of water and can easily place one or two pieces in the top. So far I've reheated BBQ chicken, french fries and fried fish. They come out warm and tender. Plus, it's easy to clean. Just add a bit of dish washing liquid; let it soak for a few minutes and it looks brand new. This was just what I've been looking for.

Es ist soo groß und ist für eine Großfamilie super geeignet!! Das ist wirklich der einzige Topf der mich preistechnisch und vom Äußeren umgehauen hat!!

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Topf und manche schreiben das die Rostflecken haben das kann ich nicht nachvollziehen , nach mehrmaligen Verwendung ist alles perfekt.
