Well built, easy to clean with good temperature control. This has made my whole brew setup much easier to use. Fast boil with good control and large enough boil over is minimized. I highly recommend.

Great price on this. Great feature but be careful when mashing in. I set temp for 155 and it went up to 162! The first time you mash get ready to make adjustments with ice or boiling water. When you figure out the relationship you can be more comfortable. I brewed with 10 lbs of malt fwiw. Check and recheck. You'll get the hang of it. Also it is not clear if you are setting water temp or mash temp. Since water temp should be 10 degrees higher to account for colder grains. Should be clearer in instructions. You don't want mashed in grains heating to 165! Mine is 7 degrees off. Now I know that. At least for 10lbs grain. Love it now that I figured this out.
