I was trying to leave feedback for a later time when I have put it into use. But, packaging arrived undamaged, all parts & assembly went well enough & the unit appears durable enough for my needs, which is to make iconic key rings, badges for my makes, laser etching of small wood items. My only gripe so far is the Instruction booklet of which, needs more comphrensive detailing to address any add-ons & their connections, the electronic diagram for some parts are not stated whether they are positive or negative and their limits, which if connected the wrong way would cause the buyer to loose their warranty.

easy to build using online video but seems to engrave but not cut using the cnc drill is fast and great to use

Easy to follow instructions. Check all access that are preinserted as they are not tight. Seems to be working great. We are getting used to the programming.

Delivered on time, very well packaged, mostly (my box had taken a hit that slightly bent a threaded drive rod, hoping to fix) I grossly over estimated how long it would take to assemble, all up about an hour to test state. All the tools needed were included and worked fine for assembly. Will put it through it's paves this week, but seems solid and moves where it should.

Kit arrived within 3 days and was extremely well packed. Would have had top marks for this. Problem is that the kit arrived with 2 long lead screws (for the x-axis and y-axis) rather than 1 long and 1 short. Support as been very slow to respond and refuses to accept there is an issue.

Kit was complete and assembled easily. As a first time user the software could have better instructions as a little confusing. All part of the learning. Very pleased with the purchase.
