Kind of an inconvenience you have to put a plug in on it yourself. Wires were too big for a standard head.

I ordered two griddles I opened one right away to use in our current food trailer and had the other one for a new food trailer we were waiting on. I just received the new trailer and put the second griddle in service I have used it for 2 days warming pots of food the first day it worked fine and today the second day of use it will not power up at all. The griddle just came out of the box, it looks as if it did in fact still looks brand new yet will not work. Seller says they will replace
