This unit works as expected for the price point. Perfect for me! Temp fluctuates a bit with a hot spot in the center. Again, as expected for a small electric unit like this. I have seen people complaining about not being able to clean it. It's very easy to clean though if you use a grill brick, grill block or grill stone type cleaner. No chemicals, just use oil and the brick while it's still hot. I hope the unit last a long time. :)

Great griddle, I brought from this brand because out of all the website I searched this griddle brand had the most positive reviews out of any other brand. I got the same griddle and brand only I got mines from walmart.com for $120 for a 22".First day out the box, I cleaned it with water while it was turned on, afterwards I seasoned it 3 times then used it to cook breakfast for dinner, my family loved it. One thing I will say that I love about it is you don't really feel the heat or feel hot while cooking on it the way you would a stove. After each use I would season it.I would recommend this product and this company.

Griddle heats up fast ,maintains heat well but cooking surface is not up to par . Cooking surface is exceptionally rough !

Simple to use, spin the knob and put the food on. Great to take outside when you're having a BBQ also.

This grill is great. We love to cook burgers, steaks, breakfast, etc. We love this grill. So glad we purchased it. I would recommend it highly.

Hard to clean surface protector off cooking surface before first use. Works very good in most instances, it takes a little while to warm up to cooking temperature. Cooking temperature control is in C not F. I like the unit and would buy again if needed.
