Very easy to use set up and looks great! It took me three days to do two 10 x 20 decks. Once we got the layout for the holes, the rest of the job was just cutting and repeating.

I could not use this product because it is not suitable for corner posts that I have on my deck. I sent a video explaining the problem, with drawings, and it took 10 dqays to get an answer from a techician:" this product is horizontal" totally missing the point. Every step on the way it took 2-3 business days for a reply, and nobody to talk to. So they offered $20 rebate, although I wanted to return the product. I took a loss, bought hardware somewhere else and wish that someone would have tlooke into this seriously. Anyone buying this for a deck with corner posts, look at this carefully before buying- and if you find a solution , let me know!

I LOVE Vevor and have had great customer service from them so I will give this product a 5 star. It is like all their products study and good quality. BUT I want to warn you in case you get frustrated, this is NOT the right hardware for the Vevor metal polls. Their metal polls have a different size hole and angle and these will not fit. These would work if you are drilling your own holes into wood, for example. But if you want to use the Vevor black metal poles with the predrilled holes you will need a different 1/8\" stud because these have an outer casing on the that is too thick and the inside 1/8\" stud piece will not be long enough to go through their pole. Vevor has some beautiful and inexpensive poles but they don't really have the whole \"package\" for you to put it all together so you have to do some experimenting and find the right parts, including the top rail, which you can find on Amazon but not a Vevor product. It would be great if Vevor could put a whole package together for people.
