I used to have a still about 20 years ago, a bit different and homemade, but I would have traded it for this one every day of the week and twice on Sunday. My first batch is still fermenting, but I've done the cleaning run and no dramas at all, even works well on the induction cooker. Thanks for the excellent quality product, everything and more. Check the parts for metal burrs as part of cleaning, I had one copper bit, but aside from that, which to me is part of setup and cleaning, it's perfect for what I wanted.
