This box is very solid in construction and was easy to assemble. It is very stable and holds my weight easily (250 lbs).

Great for body weight exercises and keeping the fun aspect in exercising. Always important to keep pushing while enjoying it. Went together smoothly except for 2 holes drilled slightly wrong so I had to take it all apart and re-fit it. Was still way off but I managed to get the screws to bite after forcing them to the side diagonally and putting lots of pressure. Now that it's together I am not worried about the wrong holes that were drilled. It seems quite sturdy and everything is flush. Excited to make this a major part of my routines :)

I had been looking for an at home option of a box jump and this works nicely at home.

Great quality and very sturdy. I am a heavier woman and it works well for me (>200lbs). Can be flipped around for different heights. My family loves it.
