It never arrived and after a month of waiting I notified customer service to find the status of the order. We were waiting for its delivery for election day since our facility is the local polling place. I received an email on October 23rd 2024 at 6:12 pm stating that the order had been shipped. It never arrived and I contacted the chat feature on the Vevor website. I spoke with Echegaray who was outstanding in his customer service. Echegaray tracked the order and finally offered a refund for the inconvenience. I requested and received a refund. Echegaray made the experience very tolerable and even "pleasant". Though I never received my product, Echegaray's professionalism helped diffuse any ill feelings I had toward the company.

Riser was a perfect fit. I would recommend it to others.

Passt, erfüllt voll und ganze Ihren Zweck. Material und Verarbeitung sind aus meiner Sicht gut. Sie riecht logischer Weise stark nach Gummi, aber das ist ja bei Gebrauch im Freien egal. Sie ließ sich gut montieren, liegt fest und gut und hat sich bisher auch nicht verfromt.

bought for mum for use on her mobility scooter. her garage had an inch step into her garage which meant she had to use speed to enter the garage.. this ramp is the perfect height + depth to remove the need for speed. It is also the ideal length for all four wheels to fit over . flexible, yet sturdy rubber to withstand the weight of the scooter.. great service quality + value would buy again

Great value, used under a front door mat for disabled access ramp. Solid and stable. The door has a two way slope, so slightly trimmed to make a perfect stable and secure base for the door mat in order to push a wheelchair over the threshold.

Used at sliding glass door threshold to accommodate wheelchair, worked great. Bought more for concrete drop at garage door entrance. Smooth drive in for our vehicles, great product!

I bought 2. One for each side of a threshold. The concrete was uneven so I ground it down. They come with double sided tape but I used construction adhesive. I had to trim them to fit and had good luck with an oscillating multi tool. Good quality Good price Works well Seams sturdy like car tore rubber

Bought this ramp to accommodate a steep, 2" gap at the backdoor threshhold. The ramp allowed for an easy way for moving furniture and appliances. It also creates a mild rise to walk over the 2" gap at the door. The rubber does not invite "pests" and will not create a dusty place for creeping crud. It's so quiet! So much easier to see the floor, too. It's just the thing! Thank you, Vevor!
