It never arrived and after a month of waiting I notified customer service to find the status of the order. We were waiting for its delivery for election day since our facility is the local polling place. I received an email on October 23rd 2024 at 6:12 pm stating that the order had been shipped. It never arrived and I contacted the chat feature on the Vevor website. I spoke with Echegaray who was outstanding in his customer service. Echegaray tracked the order and finally offered a refund for the inconvenience. I requested and received a refund. Echegaray made the experience very tolerable and even "pleasant". Though I never received my product, Echegaray's professionalism helped diffuse any ill feelings I had toward the company.
