Just received my socket set. Was not happy that the latch was already broken before I even got to open it. The material looks flimsy and cheap for a latch. Need to put heavy duty latches on such a large socket set. Now my sockets can fall out everywhere unless I find a better case.

Incredible value, extremely versatile

I'm a professional automotive technician, and I use these sockets daily. They have held up extremely well over 6 months of abuse, and feel like they'll last several more years. It is so nice having sockets down to 10mm and up to 36mm, and makes this set one of the most versatile on the market. Paired with my DeWalt DCF891, I can do 75% of major automotive jobs. Highly recommend.

Best socket set I had ever brought

Amazing set. I never had an issue with a socket breaking. My snap-on Sockets always break, but after time and time of abuse. The Vevor never fails to disappoint. It's the biggest bang for your buck and has the majority of every socket you would need.

Some are Matte black and rest have a shiny finish. Haven’t used them yet but they feel solid.

Purchased for automotive use, I confidently believe these will do just fine. The sockets do not feel cheap but the case they come in will not last long. It is cheaply made but that's okay. I only care about the durability of the sockets and durable they are.
