Fabulous item well made tough as tough the eel is a great size to get around p traps ideal for domestic drains, light and portable so easy to use not to mention it saves getting a plumber to unblock the drain.

Looks a great product still yet to use due to lack of instructions on how to use large snake!

The machine came promptly and was all I expected with just one sugestion, some instructions for the large cleaning snake would be helpful the small one clips on to the machine and that makes it easy to use!

Simple unit that a DIY person can use and will save you a large cost of a Plumber

The unit is compact and functional, the clutch drive could be better as does slip and fails to drive the unit correctly, there was no instructions of assembly or use but you do get safety instructions.

Great value for money

I love it : I've searched on the internet for some time deciding which plumber's "snake" to actually purchase. My problem was that I have a 15 metre sewerage pipe so I needed to be sure that the package had the capacity to reach the end AND the machine was of a good quality. It is - the package actually gives you 22 metres : very impressed. The only minor concern was getting the legs onto the machine : it took a while to align the threads on the machine with the thread on the three legs : we got there in the end.
