The flex on theseMake making no good to build a router sled with them I know it's not what they were meant for but they at least should not have had as much bow in it as it did for the kind of steel it is. Definitely will be purchasing the one that has the underlay in it to help keep it more stern and sturdy.

Made a router sled with one pair of these , another pair of the ones with a base, and three pieces of acrylic. Works great. Strong rigid rail rods. Surpringly good value.

This unit came As advertised. Cant wait to use it check it’s tolerance and smooth working .the standard measurement of the slide bearing set needs to better advertised due to the other units are not capable of being used on longer units from the same company.

Used these to create my own flattening table for my wood working. Even with the saw dust the guides slide effortlessly.

Seems to be a great product. Very smooth, precision machined linear rails. I got them for mounting a router to the band saw mill carriage for flattening slabs.

These are not to bad for the money, however the bearings have more slop than they should. I would think you should not be able to feel any slop but there is some and there is no way to adjust. For my purposes this is not a problem but be aware of the looseness. And the mounting threads are not tapped very deeply - plan on chasing the threads (M6) and deepening them if you want to use decent-length screws. I like long screws in aluminum. The hole is the right diameter for tapping deeper, no drilling needed. Like I said - they work fine in my app and might in yours too.

Bought this to make my own router planer sled using scrap wood for the linear rail seats and starboard for the router plate I have planed (1) piece of red cedar and it worked great. Built it for approximately $110 from Vevor in about 2 hours vs buying one for $475

second pair was fine. Solid steel (I presume) bars. At $40 - I definitely recommend.

Good product but could use better packaging. Do to the weight shipping is damaging to the box. Other then that everything worked as it should. Nice and smooth nice update for the router.
