What a value
I have a Kubota BX and the bucket protectors fit perfect to start with. The welds that most talked about were adequate and weld spatter was at a minimum . The steel was of good quality and size. Here is what I added to work with my bucket. Several reviews noted The poor paint job and that was true. I had a can of paint available from painting the bucket repair and gave the bucket protectors two coats. The other problem was the attachment plastic mounting bolts were inadequate I changed the bolts with two 10 mm bolts and a jam nuts the bolts were combined with two small 3/16” plates with counter holes for the mounting nuts to firm up the mounting to the bucket. The mounting took about 20 minutes and they fit and work well for half the price of others. I realize they are a consumables and they don’t need to be perfect they just have to do there job, and so far they do just that.

It’s simple, innovative, and works as described.
These protective loader skis work like a charm. The designers should use a larger bolt to hold the ski to the loader. I drilled and enlarged the existing hole for a 1/2 inch bolt as the smaller bolt that came with the ski could not hold the ski on in heavy snow removal. The device has good welds and came through snow removal and gravel placement very well. They protect the loader by keeping its blade from digging into the ground. These skis are a good investment. For those of you who nitpicked the paint job, you will really whine when some of the paint is removed after moving tons of material, but keep in mind your loader will be better off. I believe after using the skis, the maintenance will be less on the loader in the long run.

could use a heavery bolt
It fit very nice over the buck blade, after using the shoes it did show that the bolts where starting to bend, After this winter I will install a larger bolt harden steel. It work very well, it did good job of keeping the bucket from digging into the driveway and when I had to push snow on to the lawn. I live in central NY , We get some hard snow storms.

Not great but works ok.
The bolt that holds it on looks wimpy. Should have been bigger diameter. Works ok but they did superficial damage to my turf and plowed through the rocks and picked up rocks into my bucket when I removed snow from my driveway. Maybe with a little more finesse on my part it will work better. Still an improvement over not having them on.

Very heavy duty
I didn’t like that I ordered orange and received yellow ones instead. They are heavier and larger than I anticipated. I can’t wait until I get a chance to use them.

Love these on my tractor bucket for plowing
These make plowing the driveway easier. Glide along without digging up gravel on the driveway. Easy to put on and take off.

Quality Control
Very easy to install one, the smaller knob one was harder to tighten. just concerned about the quality control when packing, the knobs are different sizes making the smaller one harder to tighten - why 2 different sizes ? As seen the the picture.
