These speed bumps are of really high quality and should last for many years. We had already purchased a single one with the rounded ends and added these two to that one to make it longer and have the round ends on both ends. I do recommend getting the rounded ends if you purchase these speed bumps because it makes them a lot better for pedestrian traffic and not as much of a trip hazard. They install very easily and look about as good as speed bumps can look.
We have ordered 7 sets of these and have them placed around the campground. They do hold up well as we began using them last season. They do make people slow down.
People used to think our parking lot was a road used to bypass a traffic circle. No longer. It doesn't stop them, that wasn't my intention, but it does stop them from seriously harming our customers. It MAKES them slow down and drive sensibly.
This does not come with spikes for asphalt and 5 are needed for each bump. I went to lowes and got 103/8 "x 12" galvanized spikes with some 1" washers. The spikes cost .98 cents each which is a lot less expensive than the 3 you goet for 23 dollars on amazon.
We purchased this ramp because we have a Hybrid vehicle with a parking spot right next to a very busy sidewalk, and we needed a way to protect our charging cord. The ramp is SUPER sturdy- folks who are biking or using wheelchairs on the sidewalk can easily roll over it without damaging our cord.
We use this rubber cable protectors in our warehouse. We drive our forklift over these daily. These are very durable and sturdy. They are highly recommended by us.
