I should have paid a bit more attention to the dimensions of this grate. I was focused on the width and didn't notice the depth, which pretty shallow as far as I'm concerned. It will work, but the grate isn't going to hold as much wood as I would prefer.

Very heavy duty, will take the heat better. 3/4\" metal rods. I had others that would eventually melt and warp. They were made with 1/2\" rods.

Good product. Unfortunately I could not use for my fire pit but this is a well made for the price. The cost to return would be expensive but customer service is very good to refund me.

Been using this in our fire pit most of the summer, no problems at all. Heavy duty, well made.

We are at the end of the fire season and our old grate fell apart, so I thought I would just pick something up to get us through. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it has stood up with the price and speed of delivery. Initially the legs were a little long, but as the ash built up at the bottom of our inbuilt fire box, the leg length worked out really well. would 10/10 recommend this, very happy.
