I have no complaints with the VEVOR 20 Ton Porta Power. When I received and unpacked everything I saw the threaded collar that I believe keeps in place the oil seal on the ram end had fallen off and was just loose on the ram. I screwed it on and snugged it up. The only advise I can give with it's use is make sure the load is perfectly centered on the ram. If it's pushing to one side the ram will extend and may not retract. I bought this to replace a HF 10 ton where the ram seals turned to mush and leaked badly and I couldn't get any reply for replacement parts. I've been using it with a jig I made to disassembly large wooden crates made of 2-4 inch thick wood that I will reuse. So far it has been working well and I hope it lasts. The ad stated it comes with Tough Blow-molded Carrying Case whereas I received a steel case. I was happy to see that for as much as this tool and attachments weighs I doubt plastic would hold up well. Pros; the case has good sturdy latches and double handles on each end for lifting. Cons; Of the 7 spot welds for holding the lid only 1 in the center held any thing. I drilled out and pop riveted the case top to the hinge. Next step, attach the caster wheels to the bottom. The bag of the casters and screws was torn open and a few screws were in it but most I found inside the bubble wrap on the tool and accessories. One screw here, a couple nuts there, and washers in other wraps. I was 1 screw short and 2 had no threads. The case itself had 1/4" burrs on all the punched holes for the casters so I had to deburr them first as the screws were too short to start on the threads. After that 1 hole on each caster mount had to be redrilled as it wouldn't match to the caster. Over 2 hours later the case was assembled to hold everything.

Nice for the price. For the amount times I will need this should fo the job just fine. It does look like the ones you get from habour freight. But I am ok with that. I got this one for a lower price then them

Yet again, another Vevor quality product, representing amazing value for money. This is one powerful bit of gear. I've used it to push out some big dents and align panels in old auto metal (1956 when cars were made of real steel). It performs flawlessly. Highly recommended, but with confidence from an awesome supplier that communicate well and deliver lightning fast.

The first order arrived damaged in shipping. The case was busted up and the parts of the tool kept falling inside the case and the cap on the piston was broken. It took several Weeks of back and forth with customer service to get a replacement vs a 10 percent credit back to me. Hubby loves this tool for work and can’t find another like it anywhere near as inexpensive as vevor. I will give vevor another chance when another item is needed.

1st one pump leaked where main body screwed into pump handle casting. Returned for credit. Second one good.

Our 10T Harbor Freight Unit purchased some years ago; not used all that much - died and was not functional. Rented a different unit to get a job done; and afterwards decided to Purchase this Vevor 12T. Decided to do that - because Vevor touts the CASE and the Hydraulic Seals; and the price was excellent. Haven't used the unit - believe it will work. No oil was leaking, etc. Hope the seals are good quality - as Vevor says. However, my wife points out - this Vevor Tool Case is essentially the same as the HF unit - just this case has a few more problems. My need for this tool rarely occurs - but when you need it - you need it. I believe it will work - so we've packed it up for when we need it. I have ordered some Velco Straps to keep that 'great' Case closed. I would have purchased the 20T - except that comes with a metal case - and NO provisions for keeping stuff in its place. Now - after seeing the 'quality' of THIS tool Case - I possibly should have just ordered the 20T; and welded some slots for the tools into the metal case. But it probably would have been very thin metal and not worth it either. Oh well. The price isn't bad on this 12T & some Velcro and glue will deal with it. See photo images. This is how this case and tool arrived just a few days ago. Except no ratcheting strap; and the various tool items were scattered about and not properly positioned in the case.
