The installation screws are aluminum,cheap quality. Ferrous screws would have been perfect for a power driver. A template would be nice. Overall quality of basket and glides is excellent.

As good as the leading brand for a fraction of the cost. This pull out shelf is very sturdy, was easy to install, and measurements were accurate. My pots and pans are easily accessible now and organized. Shelf slides out smoothly without any noise. Helps me organize my pots and pans. I’ll be ordering another one.

Read the reviews!! The biggest challenge with this product is it's with is just slightly too wide for 11-in cabinets. My RV cabinets are 13 in wide on the inside but on the 11 inches on the exit so I had to make modifications to allow these trays to pull in and out. Most people don't want to do that kind of work or cut up the trim around their trailer and I don't blame them, but I like functionality which is the whole point of this product so it was worth it to me to spend a few hours on. To install these I replaced the very flimsy shelves the trailer came with with bookshelf shelves from an old cheap bookshelf we were throwing out. I had read the reviews before I purchased the product so I was aware that it was slightly wider than my cabinets and I was prepared to make the modifications required for this product to expand and retract. If you are not willing to make those modifications do not purchase for a cabinet with only an 11-in width opening.

I installed some of these a few years ago so I completed my kitchen cabinets with these. They make getting your pans, casseroles dishes out without having to crawl on the floor. The older I get the more simpler I like things.

Love the product. I had previously purchased the single tier drawers. Very nice quality, so I ordered the 2-tier. Unfortunately, this one came with the wrong screws. Too few of some, too many of some that weren’t listed, and some missing completely. They scheduled an immediate replacement but I still need to package the original and ship it back. So, the inconvenience is the reason for 4 stars

This product is strong and sturdy, and it was way easier to assemble than I had anticipated. I ordered 2 more after the initial purchase. The height is adjustable, however I wish there were more slots to reduce the height further.

Love this product. I ordered four two-tier shelves and one one-tier shelf. Rolls easily. not difficult to assemble, but does take a little bit of time. Worth it. The shelves are perfect.

These racks have made getting into my lower cabinets so easy. They glide smoothly and quietly and are very sturdy. BUT the size on the listing apparently doesn't include the gliders. I bought the 14\" wide racks and my cabinet door width is 14.5\". I ended up cutting into the door frame about 1/8\" inch to make it fit. Thankfully I had the tools and the know how to do so. Once the cuts were made, it was a very quick install. Overall, I'm super happy with them

This is a well made addition to our cabinet and works great. I will be purchasing additional units for all our cabinets. It works better than the ones we paid when we remodeled our kitchen
