This is a good transfer chair/ walker. Sturdy, nice looking, smooth on gravel and grass. I love it,!

I am a senior and WELL under 300 pounds. My arms do not fit on my sides when I sit in this chair, and I have to cross them across my chest. Not at all as described and does not work. Beware of their customer service. I entered the chat and was extremely professional in trying to solve the issue. they offered me $20 to keep it and said it would not be worth sending back due to the high cost of shipping (that would have to pay for). When I replied that I was unable to use it and was not interested in the twenty dollars offered - they ended the chat with no further conversation. Horrible company. Will be reaching out to the bbb.

High recommended for outdoor use where potentially a wheelchair/seat is needed. It has a long wheelbase so no so great indoors with tight corners. The seat is comfortable.

can't use walker and wheelchair if short an adjustment to the handles needs to be made to lower the back strap for sitting support and raise for walking purpose. adjusting the handle height is not very easy Wheels jam when trying to move back and forth. Cannot use this chair would have been better off with wheelchair and old walker

It would be a bit better to have the front two wheels standing out more to the front (feel safer) and the two rear wheels a bit shorter to the center so that make it easier to turn and the person to push feel better.

Easy assemble, folds out of way, fits small car trunks. 5 star. Works Great, using 3 to 5 times a week.

The only thing is the seat could be more comfortable!
