I received this product 2 days ago (later than promise when I purchase it) and already used it. I am happy with this product and will recommend this to my friends. Great value.

My husband loved it. Easy to clean. Big enough bowl for the soup. I am thinking that it would be great if the grill is a bit wider than it is now. I just felt that it is wee bit small.

This is a great hotpot. I love that it has both Grill and hotpot together as one. Great for gatherings and we greatly enjoy it.

Only used it once so far but it worked great.

Came as shown in pictures. Love making hotpot. Easy to use. No issues with the electric. Works great. Cleaning is sort of hard because you have to take the whole top part off but not so bad. Worth the buy.

During this pandemic, my husband and I have been missing going out and getting Korean BBQ/Shabu Shabu, so when I found this product I got so excited! It sets up easy and was a breeze to clean afterwards! It's just my husband and I at home so we've never actually used the entire surface, but this would be really great for a group of family and/or friends!

Good product just as described. Only the grilling part does not always stay hot the whole time.
