Okay, about what everyone else says is correct. It's not difficult to put together and it's very light weight. I was a little worried initially. Our bikes are every bit of 75 pound each with 4" tires. We own a rack that will not wobble or tilt and holds 500 pounds, but it is unrealistic for our trip. It is built more for motorcycles. We found this one and Vevor items we've purchased previously have always held up. We traveled from Texas to Michigan and back with the bikes on the back of our Jeep, being towed by our Motorhome. It is a little shaky, so when you drive your vehicle you will see it bobble back and forth a little. However after 3450 miles it held up. I used the stabilizer and it works just like it's supposed to the wobble comes from the hinge that allows you to tilt the rack up and down when not in use. If you have a step-through bike I strongly suggest getting a crossbar.

First off, customer service is great. A part was not fitting correctly and they promptly fixed the issue for me. The rack is easy to put together despite the not so clear instructions. It's held up pretty well and I feel comfortable transporting my bikes HOWEVER, one of the arms that secures the bikes scratched through the clear coat and rubbed off one of my Trek bikes to the metal. It upset me but it was also my fault for not doing my due diligence as I was in a rush. Should be an easy fix with one of those float noodles and just cut it to protect the frame. Other than that, I am happy with it.

This took me a little over 4 hours to put together. The parts are not labeled at all. All you have is a table of the parts & the drawings of these parts are so bad. I gave up & had my brother try it - he came to the same conclusion of #$%!!! - the instructions were labeled wrong with the wrong parts. Finally just started over & was one washer short but I had one. The tire holders - don't put on until everything else is together. No idea why they have you screw them on in the beginning. Makes everything to hard to assemble as they are in the way of turning it in any way to help get it together. It seems to be sturdy enough - I have only went on 2 very short drives with the bike on it.

Easy to put together and looks great. Simple to put bikes on. Great bike rack. The price was unbelievable for the quality.

Really good low cost bike rack. A little lightweight for 2 70lb e-bikes. Assembly does require some mechanical knowledge as the nuts, bolts and washers are not grouped and the designers didn’t allow for paint thickness when matching diameters.

Welds look solid, and hardware (Bolts, nuts, screw handles) seems well made. Only one problem the holes for one of the quick releases are too small for the supplied clip. This should be easy to remedy with a home drill. The clamps for the upper bike rail need better cushioning. I plan to scour the plumbing aisle for some hose that will slip over the existing covers.

I like the fact that it was easy to install and hold my e bike well.

Assembly was pretty straightforward, but as I had read in a previous review, there was a misalignment of two holes in one tube. Please not the photos. In order to assemble the bottom tube I used a step bit and reamed both holes out to a number 11 metric. Then all went together perfectly and the unit mounts and adjusts well. Because I only have a 1 1/4\" receiver hitch on my car, I did shorten the bottom tube about 5\" to adjust for the 2\" adapter so the complete assembly wasn't out too far. I haven't loaded our two bikes on it yet, but I seriously doubt there will be an issue.
