Easy to assemble and functionally effective. Directions were easy to follow up until the parts description for the bolt in step 4 where the illustrated part does not match the parts kit. Furthermore, the mounting hole in step 4 for the short safety clip requires opening up with a drill bit for a good fit. An aftermarket lock may be needed as a substitute for the fixed pivot pin for added security. Still, a qood substitute for budget conscious bicyclists who need the versatility of a tow hitch mounted tilting and folding (up) carrier. Durability review will follow after expiration of warranty.

Will do as advertised no complaints here, only thing id change is allowing larger tires but it's really not a issue

This is a nice rack, it did have a few spots of rust after being rained on for two weeks of camping but we took it home and put a new coat of rust stop on it and it's great.

Great quality item hundreds of dollars cheaper than stores. Arrived quickly and easily put together.

Bought this because I was told not to carry a carbon frame from the top tube, as our old rack does, but needed to be able to handle a fatbike. It went together super easy, it collapses, it tilts, bike sits rock solid in it, and it was inexpensive. I did have to swap out one bolt that was too short, but I had a spare in my shop that fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend this rack and would absolutely buy another if the need arose.

This is not a heavy duty rack but for a couple of road bikes or lighter weight mountain bikes and infrequent use it's just fine. Assembly was fairly easy and all the parts fit well. I had to bend the retaining hooks at the top a bit to get everything to line up correctly and a few of the clamps don't quite clamp down all the way. Only other concern is that the 2\" adapter is plastic and allowed quite a bit of slop. I had a good aluminum one and with that and a few shims it's rock solid!
