When I received the unit was missing some hardware, but after contacting the customer service, I was able to get the parts that was missing. It took a little bit longer than I expected but I got them and everything worked out great then.

Great value
For the price we really liked this product, once we secured the legs it worked wonderfully. It's a great unit for a small at home hobby, I doubt it would be useful for larger scale beekeeping though.

Acceptable except difficult to clean It meets my basic needs Need to balance the combs Else too much vibration Generally good The high is good able to put 5 gallons bucket at the drain hole

The lower bushing and upper linkage is a bit weak. When frames are full to start spinning, they will wobble a little with thickness of honey on side wall will rub. Other than that works pretty good, no problems yet.
