I also have a smaller Wilton vise, and the quality of the Vevor vise is equally as good as the Wilton vise. I was impressed that shipping from California to Vermont was free, even though the vise weighs almost 40 lbs. I am an aging hobbyist, and I am confident that this vise will serve me well for the rest of my life.
