Good product, reasonably good insulation. The insulation could be a little better quality. Overall pretty good.

Much easier to move without damage to the insulation. More durable cover.

The line set seems to be of good quality. Pipe sizes not as nominal, but one bigger size what was actually needed. The ordering process was confusing, so I accidentally doubled my order, but they did not want to take it back. They ultimately offered me a 60% discount to keep the second line set. I was able to sell that to my AC guy, so that worked out.

Very good quality and value. Will be buying these linesets again. Also very fast shipping, I got them in 2 days.

Got this for a 9k unit. The pipe is high quality - especially the insulation which is better than the insulation on the one that came with the AC. The bad part is that one of the connector was quite damaged, it was squished and very oval, no way to screw that in. Had to re-flare that end. The package was OK, so it was packed like that. Better QC needed

Great product, at first I thought i was sent a different product because it looked different then the pocture. But when I went to install a couple mini splits it was the right product and worked great. It was sent in a larger roll the picture shows smallwr roll stacked up. The priduct sent was easuer to handle and with the larger roll easier to unroll. Tha k you
