Bases are great. Hardware not so much.
As several others have stated, the hardware is... well, less than desirable. However the bases are solid, level, and fit my 4x4 posts perfectly. Powder coat finish is very nice. Glad I found them.

Worked for what I need them for
It’s a good priced item that work for putting up a small section of fence. I wish the holes for not across from one another so you don’t have to worry about longer screws from hitting each other. Overall it was worth the price.
