The stack paper cutter arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The cutter worked flawlessly and was able to cut a 1.5 inch stack in one go. Assembly could be a challenge because the instructions that came was inadequate. Just look for the procedures on how to do so on Youtube.

This product arrived ahead of the scheduled time. It is very well built, feels industrial grade. I tried it immediately upon receiving it, it will cut thru stacks of paper in one slice, and very little effort. The design along with several built in mechanisms and guards, will help to prevent hands from easily accessing the cutting blade. I'm really impressed with the initial performance and quality of the product.

It is great. I make or put books together. This makes my job much better.

Excellent product, no complaints

I bought this to cut stacks of 80lbs card stock. This thing really cuts heavy paper in big quantities with precision.

Odd that it came with a 115V plug, when it's a 220V machine. Other than that, nice machine. Cuts accurately with no need to do an initial setup. The plastic covering the screen is a little annoying when pushing the buttons. Very quiet operating. I would like to have 3 digits in inches, where it has 2. I added a small under counter light to it, as it has no table light. The line light is still visible with it on. Best deal anywhere for a hydraulic paper cutter.

This 19" electric paper cutter is an upgrade to the 17.7" one and is worth the extra difference in price. Looks like the blade will be easier to adjust and you can program your sizes in to have the back gauge automatically move to the next position. The manual is very hard to understand, and customer service takes a long time to respond to any problems you have. There's a switch on the front to raise and lower the clamp (paper presser). To lower it, you simply push the down button, but to raise it, you have to push the up button on the switch and the LEFT cut button at the same time. For helpful videos on how to use this cutter, go on YouTube and search "E490T electric paper cutter", they may not all be the same brand but are very similar in operation.

Have only had it for a month but it’s been great! Huge upgrade from the manual guillotine cutters- those are a shoulder killer after a while.
