Arrived in good time and they sent a follow-up message to check it had arrived OK. Will definitely be buying from Vevor again.

It stopped working after two uses. Contacted Vevor and instead of having me send the defective one back, they sent me the part and expect me to install it. Vevor has very poor customer service. They apologize profusely, but don't get off their ass and solve the problem. They don't let you know about shipping problems until you contact them. I order some welding blankets, weeks ago, and the tracking says the shipper hasn't received them yet, but Vevor assures me that they were shipped. Please stick to FedEx or UPS and not these lame fly by night freight companies. At least you can get results from FedEx or UPS. Very disappointed.

Works as it should no issues,I bolted it to a bracket I made pulled a very heavy deer blind onto trailer works like a champ

Purchased 13,000 lb winch on 8/29/24. Outstanding price and delivery ($125.00 on my porch in 2 days). Instruction manual was JUNK. PUT THE COLOR PHOTO ON THE FRONT COVER NOT ON PG 21!!

Put this on my equipment trailer for pulling ip old tractors from time to time. Should work great for my purpose. Generous cable amounts and wireless control included. Very Handy..

One more Vevor product purchased and installed. This winch is fantastic. I mounted it in a Vevor box on my 20ft 10,000lb trailer that sits on a Vevor 1500lb Weight distribution hitch. Fantastic products, great prices, fast and free shipping. I go to Vevor first when I need something. At 70 yrs old I have bought a lot of stuff- mostly toys with motors, some not with a motor. Like this old lumber filled wagon- Pulled it on my trailer with this winch and hauled it 300 miles on the Vevor hitch. I will be doing a review on the hitch soon! I am sitting on Eight Vevor purchases and 100% happy with them all. Thank you Vevor - keep it up as your products are fantastic.
