Product arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. Everything was included for installation including the masonry drill bit for the large expansion plugs. However, I chose to use smaller Tapcon screws for the exterior brick wall mounting, leaving the included products as a plan “B”. Looks great! My cane-using wife was much impressed and relieved, hence the subject ;-)

Easy to install and very sturdy

This one arrived damaged. They said they would issue a refund, But I haven't seen it yet. Do not buy from this company.

This is the wrong product for anyone looking to buy indoor railings. It is appropriate for installing on concrete walls, NOT drywall or wood studs. They did NOT make this clear on their website. The hardware included is for concrete -- PERIOD. If I could return it for a refund, I would, but I probably cannot.

Great product! Everything you need at an unbelievable price. Was worried about the strength of the product but it is very sturdy.

Great rails at good price. All fittings required included, however found the wall plugs too large for the screws supplied.
