EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!! Really should change to a smoother, ridgeless dryer clean out hose!!! Lint gets stuck to easy (the blue flex hose)

It worked just fine. I am glad that I purchased the longer version.

This kit is more than worth the money. It works perfectly. The spring loaded pins that hold the rods together,will not come apart while inside the dryer duct . Even if you screw up and turn the rods backwards It paid for itself with the first cleaning.

The product worked perfectly and it was easy to use. Happy we gave it a try.

I have been putting this task off since moving in this home a year ago. If only I knew how satisfying this little project would be! And gross. The product is well constructed and easy to use. Just TAKE YOUR TIME! And make sure each “link” is firmly connected, so they don’t get detached accidentally. I started from the outside vent and worked my way inside, and made sure the dryer was turned on a “no heat” cycle to promote airflow OUT of the house. I ran the drill slowly and allowed it to do the work, with minor pushing/pulling to help it get in/out of a tight space. I found that connecting one-two links at a time made the whole process more manageable. I did repeat the process from the inside, but that didn’t seem necessary at all. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. I might reuse for next year, but I am not sure how strong the linkages will be. Can’t wait to see how fast our clothes dry now!

Since my Dryer vent is exhausted on the roof, this is really the only good option to clear out the lent. Works but wear a mask the lent goes everywhere.
