False advertising

This ultrasonic cleaner is only 2L usable capacity not 3L as advertised don’t be fooled like I was. I put in a ticket and was told that 3L is the maximum but you can’t use it with 3L in 2L is the maximum fill line.

The item was shipped upside down. It did not work and I was only being spoken to by someone overseas. Had to sent photos and videos to prove this. They offered me $5 for compensation, then $100 to get it fixed. I was told to use jewellery cleaner in the machine. Should have just bought jewellery cleaner as I know that works. After numerous e-mails and me getting frustrated, I went to paypal and now have a refund. Would not purchase from this supplier.

As a bicycle technician, I purchased this cleaner to maintain bike chains, but after just two uses, smoke started billowing from it, and it became extremely hot. I contacted Vevor to request a straightforward replacement, but they outright rejected my claim. A quick search online reveals that this problem is quite common, so do not make the same mistake I did—don't waste your money on this subpar product.
