I don’t recommend to buy this item from vevor because the communication is poor I was chatting in the live chat and the agent transferred me to email communication and if he send me an email I can’t even see the messages

It never worked more than 30 seconds for different grains, different quantities etc. Shared my experience with online customer care but they are more frustrating to deal with. 70-80 % times they replied relevant answers. Overall very frustrating experience.

A little bit loud when in use . Merchandise look like a pictures, easy to operate and customer service is great.

Turns everything into powder in seconds....much better than a cheap grinder from kmart or similar. It's quite big, heavy amd industrial and the mixer doesn't disconnect from the base so it's a bit harder to clean. Otherwise it's impressive!

Was impressed with how well it worked. Created very fine powder which I was looking for. I really like the tilt feature, since these grinders can get pretty heavy. A bit noisy. It also gets hot so if you have material that has oils in it you need to make sure it doesn't heat the material. So you have to run it in short bursts instead of a long grind. The manufacturer should look as using the power of the motor for a more efficient cooling system to suck the hot air away from the grinding bin. But very happy with it.

I can not review a machine, I am not able to use. I followed policy to inform Vevor but they expect me to fix a machine I purchased new and the cord connect is not properly install and Vevor wants me the customer to fix it when new part arrives in 10-15 days . Not…. Hey customer let us send you a new one because this is a hazard and/or may cause a fire, and absolutely no consideration for what I’ve already told them that I needed this machine to do a planned task for family! They want me to patiently wait another 10-15. They think this is great customer service! I’m not asking for anything free, I just wanted what I paid for, and asap! But since this was not what happened, I have requested a speedy refund a few time with no reply from them and a return label at no charge to me. I will gladly find this product elsewhere and contact my financial institution so this stress I’m experiencing can be handle by my bank. Never again will I do business with this company

Great item. It's Powerful. Easy using. Grinds hard material easy. I only wish the brand had a storefront. Best feature for me, easily, was free shipping.
