Our tub arrived with a few mostly cosmetic dents and scratches. After reaching out to the seller, we were promptly contacted with a replacement piece and partial refund for our troubles. The tub is great and fairly simple to build and install. It makes bathing so much more simpler!

Product as described. We are waiting for the plumber to come set up the pipes, but I'm really excited to use this bathtub. Top splash guard came with a slight bend in top fold, but not important to usage.

This tub was a fantastic deal. It's a great tub. The faucet hose has great pressure. The racks for the bottom are great for keeping dog from sitting in soapy water. Would highly recommend to others

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Communicating with them feels like talking to an automated chatbot—no real assistance, just generic responses. They provided a completely fictitious tracking number and initially promised delivery within 2–3 days. In reality, it took over six weeks, despite countless emails and chats trying to get an update. I was left with no choice but to escalate the issue by contacting American Express, the Department of Fair Trading, and the ACCC just to get a resolution. The lack of accountability and transparency is appalling. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Love it!! Can't believe that I have been using the tub that we had. This is soooo much better. This is so much better for the great Danes that we use it for. They walk right up in it. Best thing ever.

This has been a great tub, the reason why it is not a 5 star tub is primarily the grate that the dogs stand on. YOU HAVE TO buy shower mattes to put over the rows and rows of metal holes. When dogs get scared they grip there little toes into those holes and it is a major hazard of them breaking their nails, even after I have trimmed and filed them before getting into the tub. There are way too many holes in that grate and I have no idea why they needed to put them there. Additionally when you flip the grate up to clean under it, the edges are RAZO sharp and you will 100% cut yourself at the smallest scrape, they should strongly consider redesigning the grate that goes in there. If you are buying this tub MAKE SURE that you put the hair trap drain on the same end of the tub as the door, so that you can easily reach in and clear it when it gets hairy. This becomes a problem if like me you have it on the opposite side and can’t reach it while the dog is in the tub. And my last consumer tip is this, 62 inch tub is very large and the largest dog I’ve done still had plenty of room so you might not need that size. Also another MAJOR cutting hazard is the bottom of the stair case, it is supppper sharp. I wrote all of these crucial to be helpful but here is a positive thing, I love the tub and I think it’s great quality and I don’t regret buying it, even tho I messed up drain side! I think it will last a long time and I love that it held me keep hair from getting in my plumbing, I also have a floor sink with a grate to stop hair, and the two work together beautiful to keep me from having any plumbing issues! Great bathing station for my dogs and for shaving the cat in, to have all the hair contained in one area is easy for clean up once animals have been cleaned and clipped, easy to install completion.

This bath was purchased with much trepidation as the price just seemed way to good compared to other baths on the market. It was easy to assemble and we did expect the plumbing hardware to require updating for what we wanted. We are really impressed with the quality for the price and would recommend to anyone looking for a dog bath. The size is amazing for all size dogs. Really happy
