Drilled 2 holes and it died. Was was most frustrating, I contacted Vevor for a return. They advertise the refund policy as in it easy no issue if you have an issue
WRONG!. I sent a request with the detailed issue with a video. then waited. 1st reply was wait 1 to 3 days for the production review. Then my video wasn't good enough. How detailed do you need to get to show a drill doesn't work? Sent a second video and went back and forth with numerous emails, threatened to file a complaint with PayPal. The final result afyer 2 weeks was offering me 40 dollars and keep the drill, which I had 65+ or send a new one. Wtf, 40$ and keep a paperweight? They said the 40 was for my aggravation. Main thing I just learned is, if you get something defective from these people, you are practically screwed. The have beyond sorry customer service. But again, talking about another cheap Chinese company. Think before you buy!
