Terrible.
First set arrived and had so much damage the tooled second hand. The replacement set arrived and they were in much the same condition.
Received a full refund.

I love these. They are easy to install and can hold a large amount of weight. Very attractive. Can be mounted through dry wall into studs, or just into dry wall. Excellent, excellent product.
