I am using the unit to clean my bicycle chain. I purchased separately a detergent to use. Unit and cleaner does a very good job of removing accumulated 'gunk' from the chain. Have not yet removed the cassette for cleaning, but expect similar results. Am going to experiment with other cleaners, as this is water based. Only issue is with the heater. Takes a great deal of time to raise the cleaner's temperature. More heat, less time using the ultrasound. Overall well pleased. Expect chain life to be extended thus the unit will pay for itself in time.

Cant beat the quality and features for the price Heater makes some weird noises during operation. Dispatch was fast the courier (Aramex) was damn slow but I got it in the end.

I purchased this when I was rebuilding the carburetors on my motorcycle - as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. The attached image is the 'before and after' (twin carb bike). And while I did brush away some of the easier to remove dirt, the ultrasonic cleaner (along with some orange Zep degreaser - it did not adversely affect the aluminum) took it from the two extremes shown.When I started the unit up I decided to help out the heater and when I was mixing up the degrease solution I used hot water - I figure let's give this thing every change of living a long life.While I figured this thing would do something, I just could not believe how much it would do. I wish I had this thing years ago, my hands don't like doing the scrubbing and polishing any more.

Ultrasonic Cleaner arrived quickly and well packaged. Easy to use and great results. Sturdy and good quality build.

It works great cleaning car carburetors and other things as well.

Works well just loudly

This unit works very good for doing carburetors and bolt carrier groups for my guns. I got the 10 liter and it has plenty of room for what I use it for. The only thing I would complain about is the fact that in the description it says it comes with four sets of transducers to me a set means 2. they should have said was...it comes with four transducers because there are only a total of 4 in it not 4 sets.Other than that I am very pleased with the cleaning action of this ultrasonic cleaner. It heats up rather slow but if you turn the ultrasonic cleaner on while your heating it it will help it heat up a lot quicker.I would definitely buy this product again.
